"Desiree Flexen was a clear choice from the moment I met her. She knows the market well, set appropriate expectations, and made excellent recommendations about what needed to be done to most easily sell the home for the most money. I really appreciated Desiree's ability to recognize areas where we did not need to spend more money for improvements.I was a remote client and one of the things I most appreciated was Desiree's ability to manage the things that came up in the course of the home sale. When necessary, she brought in tradespeople to handle small fixes needed. The work was done quickly and at a fair price.From start to closing, I knew we were in good hands and best of all, I wasn't stressed during the entire sale process.I would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Desiree!!
